Jim McCarron is a dynamic, professional sales leader and transformation specialist with the proven ability to design and implement effective selling strategies and exceed revenue objectives. He is deeply committed to continuous improvement and results achievement and has personally coached and mentored hundreds of salespeople and sales managers around the world to advanced levels of professional and personal success.

Jim’s love for the media industry, along with his long history of helping local businesses, has been the impetus for SNRG Media. He’s passionate about connecting business owners with leading media partners to help them navigate through a cluttered marketplace and effectively establish their brand, ensuring the local business and the media organization both achieve sustainable growth and ongoing certainty in an ever-changing economic climate. With over 25 years’ experience in television, radio, newspaper and digital advertising, Jim is excited about establishing win-win partnerships with select media outlets and working together to help you take back control of your sales results and chart a course for long-term growth and success!

Krisztina Balint is a charismatic project management professional who’s been successfully overseeing customer acquisition programs with leading North-American media outlets since 2012. Krisztina is a highly skilled and meticulous specialist. She performs a data-driven analysis of market and team performance and delivers in-depth reporting to accelerate program execution and optimize outcomes for our valued media partners. This entails oversight of data entry, critical analysis of progress against daily and weekly objectives and ongoing revenue reporting using statistical information.

She also executes the design and production of creative artwork for program branding, making certain our client’s image is consistent with their brand and message. First and foremost though, Krisztina is passionate about performance excellence! Her commitment to enhancing the customer experience is well documented throughout the industry and she’s excited about delivering against that promise. Complete client satisfaction is her number one objective!

Sophie Riendeau is a results-driven, strategic thinker. A media sales executive, herself, for ten years, she developed a strong consultative approach to client needs analysis and closing techniques, creating award-winning results. Sophie has spent the past 15 years leading, mentoring and coaching media and retail sales leaders and their teams. She has a deep knowledge of teamwork, rewards, and challenges that accompany stretch-goal achievements and a tremendous ability to apply her understanding to develop solutions.

Sophie is also an entrepreneur. She started her first business in 1998 and has first-hand experience with the challenges business owners face every day, which enables her to share valuable insights with your sales team. Her latest venture into eCommerce adds an additional layer of understanding to her arsenal. Since 2012, she’s delivered over 1400 presentations and workshops to groups of sales executives and small to medium size businesses across North America and the UK. Sophie draws from all her experiences - both her sales background and as a business owner. She’ll provide your team guiding principals they can apply immediately to inject high-octane fuel into their conversations with prospects and clients, leading to stronger business relationships, increased revenue commitments and stronger client retention.
